JOB DESCRIPTION & MAIN TASKS
To support its growth, Yole
Group is opening an Engagement manager position to strengthen its Custom
Projects team. This department delivers dedicated studies across a wide range of topics within
the semiconductor industry.
Directly reporting to the director of
this activity, you will oversee signed projects from start to
finish and drive business development.
Focusing on market intelligence studies, you will play a key role in turning
client needs into scalable, measurable workflows.
To achieve your goals, you will
work closely with the project managers to mobilize and manage multidisciplinary
teams, ensuring the quality and relevance of project milestones and
deliverables. As you’ll need to work with analysts across all departments, you
will need to understand their workflows and the time they can dedicate to your
projects.
The position is based in Lyon, France.

Skills Required
- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or engagement management in a related industry
- Deep interest in electronics technology, the semiconductor industry, and its ecosystem
- Proven ability to meet customer expectations and build long-term relationships
- Excellent relational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills, minimum CEFR C1 or TOEIC 800
- Additional language skills
- Autonomy, proactivity, time management, and commitment
