Responsibilities Include

• Requirement gathering and creating solution / architecture including project management and governance 
• Own and drive execution of multiple BI and DA projects in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Independently liaise with customers and convincingly present solutions as well as insights
• Oversight of multiple BI and analytics programs with competing priorities and timelines, while collaborating with Data Engineering and other functions on a common goal.
• Ensure scalable, high-quality deliverables aligned with business impact.
• This role requires a hands-on approach and high engagement with the clients and may include team management as well.
• Understands the SDLC projects in enterprise setup, have fair understanding on Data engineering processes
• Ability to understand business and functional requirements and relate it to technology solutions (ML/AI)

Experience and Qualifications

• 8-12 years of overall experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Ability to engage with clients, from both business and technical functions, understand their work and decision flows, requirement for reporting, insights and decision support
• Highly analytical with the ability to collate, analyze and present data and drive clear insights to lead decisions that improve KPIs.
• Ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with senior management, other departments and partners.
• Hands-on experience and mastery of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), backend systems (SQL, ETL frameworks) and data modeling.
• Experience working in multiple domains like BFS, CPG, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Marketing domains are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize conflicting requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
