The role

We're hiring an Engagement Lead to run the operational shape of how SuperHive lands at our clients. Think a mix of Palantir-style deployment strategist and MBB project manager: you run the engagement end-to-end, break the client's problem down, figure out where SuperHive applies, and drive execution against it.

The role spans the two ways we work with clients, both hands-on:

  • Product delivery — when a SuperHive product already meets the client's need, lead the implementation. Customise as required, structure the workstreams, drive adoption, and make the unique benefits of our platform land in the client's operation.
  • Design partnership — when the capability doesn't yet exist, co-build it with the client. Sit between the client's domain experts and our product and engineering teams, frame what gets built, and move SuperHive's product development forward through the engagement.

The same client often moves between these modes over time, and one Engagement Lead carries the engagement through both.

What you'll do
  • Run engagements end-to-end. Build the workplan, structure workstreams, track delivery against milestones, escalate blockers, and keep the engagement on track.
  • Embed with the client. Sit alongside their domain experts to understand the actual problem, where SuperHive applies, and what good looks like in their environment.
  • Lead implementations of existing SuperHive products: scope customization, drive adoption, and make sure the unique benefits land in the client's day-to-day.
  • Lead design-partner co-builds where new capabilities get developed alongside the client. Frame requirements, translate them for product and engineering, and bring client learnings back into the product roadmap.
  • Be the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and the client's operating teams. Translate strategy into delivery and delivery realities back into strategy.
What you bring
  • 5+ years in management consulting, a deployment-strategist / forward-deployed role at an enterprise software or AI company, or a comparable operational engagement role.
  • Structured problem-solving in the MBB / Tier-1 consulting tradition: break ambiguous problems down, frame them, sequence the work, drive to a recommendation or a delivered outcome.
  • Track record running complex engagements end-to-end as project manager or workstream lead. You've managed timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders without a PM under you.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic operator. You'll do the analysis, write the deck, run the workshop, and chase the data yourself.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Equally comfortable in a workshop with the client's engineers and in a synthesis document for their leadership.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, high autonomy, and a small team that expects you to operate without a playbook.
Nice to have
  • Construction, real estate, infrastructure, or large-program / PMC experience.
  • Background at MBB, Big 4 strategy / tech, or a comparable Tier 1 advisory firm; or as a deployment strategist / forward-deployed engineer at an enterprise software or AI company.
  • Enterprise software or AI product exposure — either implementing, building, or delivering.
  • Network in UAE / GCC; Arabic language.

  • Hybrid, leaning on-site in the UAE. The role requires regular on-the-ground time at client sites across the Gulf; most of the team is co-located in the UAE. We will consider remote setups for exceptional candidates.
  • AI-native by default. Meetings are digitised, our knowledge and artifacts are organised agent-first, and Claude Cowork is part of how the team runs day to day. You will work alongside agents as a normal part of the job, not as an afterthought.
  • Small senior team. High autonomy, high stakes, no playbook.
  • Paired with a Product Manager on every engagement — you own the operational shape and execution of the engagement; product owns the what and why.

Skills Required

  • 5+ years in management consulting or comparable operational engagement role
  • Structured problem-solving in the MBB/Tier-1 consulting tradition
  • Track record of managing complex engagements as project manager or workstream lead
