Job Responsibilities:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to prepare, read, write, and interpret written reports, procedures, instructions, and guidelines.

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot equipment, processes, etc.

• Ability to appreciate and maintain proper level of confidentiality, using discretion and tact.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Some of the physical demands of this position include sitting for prolonged periods of time, walking up and down staircases, occasional lifting, and occasional stooping and bending. Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment to meet customer requirements.
EQUIPMENT / TOOLS USED:
Some of the equipment and tools used are computer, telephone, fax machine, copier/printer, and a projector.
KNOWLEDGE:

• Strong project management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot manufacturing process and equipment issues.

• Working knowledge of kaizen and/or lean manufacturing techniques.

• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
