- Leads cross-functional teams in the creation and execution of proof-of-concept projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market demands;

- Develops compelling and data-driven business cases to articulate the strategic value and return on investment of implementing new technology solutions;
- Formulates and executes go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends to drive successful product launches and market penetration;
- Builds, maintains, and utilizes networks of client relationships and community involvement;
- Exemplifies exceptional communication skills, tailoring complex information into clear, concise messages for effective presentation to C-suite leadership, fostering strategic alignment and informed decision-making;
- Manages resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections;
- Prepares and/or coordinates complex written and verbal materials; and,
- Builds and manages new and existing client relationships, resulting in net new and add-on sales.

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
