A leading law firm is seeking a highly skilled Energy & Infrastructure Associate to join its Transactions and Development practice group. This full-time, partnership-track position offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work on complex energy and infrastructure projects across Latin America and the Caribbean.
About the Role
As an associate, you will:

Work on corporate, project, and structured finance transactions with a focus on energy and infrastructure projects in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Represent development finance institutions and private sector participants in high-profile deals.

Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop innovative solutions for energy transition challenges.

Draft and negotiate transaction documents while maintaining a commitment to client service.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

5–6 years of bank finance experience (class of 2018–2019), with expertise in corporate, project, and structured finance.

Fluency in English and Spanish (proficiency in Portuguese is valued but not required).

Excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative, and leadership potential.

Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of application (preferred but required within one year of joining).
