Job Description

We are seeking an Endur support analyst responsible for providing functional and technical support for the Endur Oil production system. This role is based at the client's Houston office, with the expectation of being on-site at least three days per week.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive knowledge of Openlink Endur with 5+ years of experience, preferably with Endur V16 or higher (V23 preferred).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across Front, Middle, and Backoffice.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Crude, Refined Products, and Biofuels markets.
• Expertise in P&L, Greeks, and position/exposure reporting.
• Deep understanding of the physical deal lifecycle, including physicals, transit, storage, pipeline, and cargo operations.
• Proficient with various derivative instruments (futures, swaps, options, etc.) for US and European markets.
• Hands-on experience with deal modeling, C-motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, and reporting within Endur.
• Familiarity with Endur JVS and OpenComponents (nice to have)

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Traders, Operations, and the Market Risk group to provide daily support for the application.
• Work with the client’s IT teams to configure new business setups and product modelling
• Log, manage, and resolve incidents, ensuring proactive communication and regular updates to users.
• Coordinate with the global support team to effectively manage client expectations.
• Previous experience in an Endur production support role is advantageous.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $103,000-$154,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
