Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring an Endpoint Engineer on behalf of our client to support DHS Desktop Support Services.

The Endpoint Engineer will lead enterprise endpoint engineering across Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Azure. The role covers device provisioning, application deployment, patching, compliance, and hybrid identity management, along with automation, Windows infrastructure support, security controls, and mentoring of junior engineers. Candidates must reside in the DMV area to attend in-person meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise endpoint engineering across Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Azure.
  • Manage device provisioning, application deployment, patching, and compliance.
  • Manage hybrid identity across on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Automate endpoint operations using PowerShell.
  • Support Windows server and client infrastructure.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint security controls.
  • Mentor junior engineers.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 13 years of experience.
  • 5+ years of SCCM software packaging and patching.
  • 5+ years of Intune Autopilot administration.
  • Expertise in Intune/SCCM device enrollment, policy management, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MDT/SCCM imaging, including WIM capture and OSD.
  • Strong PowerShell automation skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 11.
  • Active Directory, DNS, and GPO management skills.
  • Functional knowledge of VMware vCenter and SQL Server.
  • Experience with IAVA processes, including CYBERCOM release, testing, approval, and deployment.
  • Expertise in networking, VPN, and certificate authentication.
Required Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
  • SCCM certification as specified by the client.
