UpcoMinds, is seeking an End User Support Specialist to join our team for a banking-sector project delivered for one of our major clients.

This role is ideal for IT professionals with hands-on end-user support experience who enjoy solving problems, interacting with users, and working in a structured enterprise / banking environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues.
  • Provide support via telephone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues and create detailed documentation of solutions.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies and improve workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on new applications and technologies.
  • Work in rotational shifts, if required

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a support specialist, help desk technician, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, network troubleshooting, and Microsoft products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
