Description

Graham Capital Management, L.P. is seeking a mid-level IT analyst to join the firm’s tech-support help desk team in our London office. This role delivers operational support for firmwide end user applications and workstation hardware support across the firm, primarily focusing on the London office while also assisting with remote requests. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on technical support for end-user applications, workstation hardware, and peripherals, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and software applications
  • Support for market data and trade execution platforms
  • Support remote employees by diagnosing and resolving VPN connectivity and access issues
  • Responsible for daily operating procedures including morning status reporting, data center checks, trouble ticket creation and closure
  • Participate in IT projects, such as system migrations, upgrades, and office relocations

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in workstation technical support
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Financial Services industry experience is desired
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with end users and quickly remediate issues
  • Experience with all Microsoft desktop software particularly Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365
  • Workstation hardware troubleshooting and assembly
  • Familiarity with market data applications from vendors such as Bloomberg and Refinitiv is desired

Our current work arrangement requires that all employees commute into our office Mondays through Fridays.

Base Salary Range

The anticipated base salary range for this position is £75,000 to £95,000. The anticipated range is based on information as of the time this post was generated. The applicable annual base salary or hourly rate paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors, including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary or rate does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
