End User Engineer (m/f/d)
Job Duties:
-
You will manage End User requests by providing the necessary service or coordinate the requests withexternal partners.

You will handle incidents and other requests escalated from the Global Service Desk.
-
You will act as On-Site contact for local End User IT enquiries.
-
You will investigate End User IT incidents (including 2nd level) by following structured procedures or by analyzing the situation by yourself.

You will support, install, configure and maintain end user devices and workplaces.
-
You will create and update knowledge base articles and provide documentation for self-service documentation.
-
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and workflows.
-
You will work together with IT Project Teams to ensure a smooth transition into the regular IT Operations.

You will handle the HW and SW orders of the users (interact with indirect procurement, take care of the status, contacting the user, prepare shipping, …)
Job Qualifications:
-
Professional education in ICT (HTL, FH) and first experiences in End User Services Support
-
Experiences in supporting standard business applications, Windows Operating Systems and Standard End User Hardware is mandatory.
-
Know How in mobile systems (iOS, Android, iPadOS) and macOS beneficial.
-
Basic technical and practical knowledge in IT infrastructure is an advantage.

Experiences in ITIL processes preferred.
-
Experience in the End User Services in an international environment are welcome.

Willingness to analyze complex IT issues and challenging tasks.
-
Interest and enthusiasm in different IT topics.

Strong focus on End User experience.

Strong communication skills and proficiency (written and verbal) in German (C1) and English (B2).

Willingness for occasional on demand travel within DACH

The minimum entry-level salary according to the IT-collective agreement is € 43.100,00 gross p.a.
