Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED FOR THE JOB)- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data & Analytics, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Exposure to digital platforms, data governance, and technology demand management processes.
- 5–8 years’ experience in digital transformation, execution, data, analytics, or technology roles.
- Experience working across multi-country or complex organisational environments.
- Demonstrated experience in performance reporting, governance rhythms, and stakeholder coordination.
- Support implementation and monitoring of the OML digital assets across OMAR countries.
- Ensure alignment of country DDA initiatives with Group digital priorities.
- Provide oversight and insight into country progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Support development and tracking of digital capability maturity across markets.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for the DDA function.
- Provide analytical insights and performance reporting to DDA leadership and governance forums.
- Consolidate digital performance reporting across OMAR markets.
- Act as the demand management interface between OMAR countries and Group digital and data teams.
- Coordinate country platform requirements and prioritisation into Group roadmaps.
- Facilitate structured intake, tracking, and governance of DDA demand from countries.
- Ensure transparency of demand pipelines, delivery timelines, dependencies, and trade-offs.
- Support oversight of adherence to Group digital, data, and technology standards across OMAR markets.
- Monitor compliance with digital architecture, platform, and data governance guidelines.
- Identify gaps and recommend actions to strengthen consistency and best practice adoption.
- Support governance forums related to digital implementation and transformation.
- Collaborate with country DDA teams, business leaders, and Group digital teams to ensure effective coordination.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between regional and Group stakeholders.
- Support the Head of DDA with briefings, decision packs, and reporting.
