About the role
Contract Opportunity: Senior Product Designer. We're looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team on a part-time or full-time contract basis. This posting is for our contractor database, meaning we may reach out when a suitable project arises. If you're interested in collaborating with us in the future, we'd love to connect!
In this role, you will collaborate with clients to understand their UX requirements and create user experience flow charts, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. You'll collaborate with User Researchers to gain insights into client needs and contribute to Design Systems. The position involves effective communication with design colleagues, participation in meetings, and customer discovery sessions, ensuring user and business requirements are clarified and incorporated. Additionally, you'll work with developers and product teams to standardize user experience and design components.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with our clients to analyze and agree upon requirements for user flows and interfaces
- Designing solutions based on collaboration with team members and research insights
- Creating flow diagrams, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes for applications
- Creating components for Design Systems
- Applying product design best practices in conjunction with our other in-house designers
- Maintaining high standards of communication with colleagues, in-house and online
- Participating in meetings, including but not limited to routine team activities and customer discovery sessions
- Maintaining familiarity with the Company's processes, best practices, and technology guidelines
The Ideal profile would have
- Experimented with designing for AI integrations
- Familiar with using LLMs
- Experience building B2B and B2B2C web apps
- Experience designing complex user flows and UX diagrams
- Exceptional customer-facing skills
Bonus:
- Experience working in the healthcare, ed-tech or fintech domains
- Consulting experience

We are a remote-first company with office space in Montreal. We prefer to hire in Quebec, but we are open to candidates anywhere in the EST±2 time zone in Canada.
