Amerimed EMS (an Ambulance Service) is seeking a self-motivated, organized professional to join our Patient Accounts team. Ideally, this person should have experience in medical billing with knowledge of checking insurance claim status as well as working claim follow-ups and appeals. Candidate should excel in time management, organizational skills, and efficiency. This candidate needs to have a mature work ethic, display exceptional patience, compassion and a caring attitude toward patient financial obligations. Must be able to work independently within guidelines to meet established goals.
