Join our Workforce Solutions team as an Employment and Human Services Associate and play a pivotal role in transforming lives by empowering Noncustodial Parents (NCPs) to achieve stability and self-sufficiency through meaningful employment. In this dynamic position, you’ll provide personalized career coaching, hands-on case management, and barrier-reduction support to participants in the TANF/Choices NCP Program, guiding them from intake through employment success. You’ll design tailored Individual Employment Plans, deliver job readiness services such as resume building and interview preparation, connect clients to training and essential community resources, and coordinate supportive services like transportation and legal referrals. Partnering closely with the Office of the Attorney General, Texas Workforce Commission, and community organizations, you’ll help participants meet child support obligations while building sustainable careers. QualificationsEducation
Bachelor’s degree OR at least six months of experience and transferrable skills may be substituted for each 15 hours of college credit up to two years OR four years of experience working at Workforce Solutions and a recommendation from current or most recent supervisor.
