What we Offer:
Salaries for associate attorneys are based on years of experience. The salary range for the levels of experience referenced herein is $150,000 – $200,000. We have a hybrid remote work policy that permits attorneys to work remotely up to two days per week. Job duties:
Work hybrid remote.
We are currently seeking an Employment Defense Litigation Associate Attorney with anywhere from 2-10 years of experience.
· Defend employers in a broad range of employment matters
· Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation
· Draft and argue motions and summary judgments
· Conduct depositions, written discovery, and witness interviews
· Provide strategic legal advice to clients on employment-related risks and compliance
Required:
· Recent employment litigation experience
· CA bar
