We’re looking for an Employer Branding Manager to help us tell our story, strengthen our employer brand, and attract exceptional talent from around the world.

In this role, you'll bring our culture to life through creative campaigns, compelling content, and meaningful employee experiences. Working closely with the People team, you'll contribute directly to attracting top talent, supporting our hiring efforts and helping us stand out as an exciting place to work.

Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, or a related field

  • Proven track record of building and executing employer branding initiatives that drive talent attraction and engagement

  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with a passion for building brands that resonate

  • Experience running campaigns across social media, careers pages, and employer branding channels

  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in a startup, scale-up, tech, or gaming environment is a plus

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive JustPlay’s employer branding strategy and Employer Value Proposition (EVP)

  • Create engaging content that showcases our culture, people, and values

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to strengthen candidate attraction, engagement, and conversion

  • Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, employer review platforms, and other talent-facing channels

  • Track performance metrics, gather insights, and continuously improve employer brand initiatives

  • Stay ahead of employer branding trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
