We are seeking a proactive and organized person to join our team as an Employer Brand Intern. The ideal candidate will empower our team during the upcoming business season and strengthen our forthcoming employer brand initiatives.

Please note a few important things about this vacancy:
-we are offering a 4-month internship and welcome applicants who may not yet have commercial experience.
-we are considering candidates who are currently based in Kyiv.
In this role, you will:

• Assist in planning and organizing events (from preparation and negotiations to supervising smooth execution)
• Bring fresh new ideas to promote the MacPaw brand awareness
• Facilitate effective communication with our partners and stakeholders
• Craft and prepare compelling company narratives and texts for conferences, partnerships, meetups, and other related events
• Collaborate with the Creative Lab and SMM teams to develop all necessary HR-marketing materials

Skills you'll need to bring:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Background in event administration
• Attention to details
• Results-oriented mindset
• Creativity and innovativeness

As a plus:

• Commercial experience in employer brand-related positions
