You will be part of the AutoScout24 Employee Technology team, comprising 15 support and system engineers responsible for network, devices, Identity & Access Management, collaboration & productivity tools, Unified Communications, and many more. The Employee Technology (ET) team covers over 1200 colleagues across 19 European sites. Our mission is to boost our colleague’s productivity by providing an amazing IT experience with a human touch.
What you will do
- Act as a contact person in our helpdesk in the Munich office, supporting colleagues both onsite and remotely
- Handle support tickets and requests via Slack and Jira
- Prepare notebooks and accessories such as headsets and ensure they work correctly
- Communicate with manufacturers and dealers in warranty and guarantee cases
- Prepare the technical onboarding of new employees
- Provide technical support at internal events, both online and in person
What you need to succeed:
Technical requirements
- Passion for technology
- Ongoing studies in IT or a related field
- Previous working experience is a plus but not required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MacOS and iOS
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange or Jira is a plus
Interest or hands on experience with AI tools and technologies, such as
- Using AI based assistants or productivity tools in a work or study context
- Basic understanding of how AI systems such as large language models work
- Curiosity about applying AI to improve IT support processes, documentation, automation or user experience
Soft skills
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Motivation to learn, develop and grow continuously
