NEP is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to serve as a trusted advisor, investigator, and strategic partner in fostering a collaborative, compliant, and high-performing work environment.
What You'll Do:-
Lead and manage employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution efforts.

Partner with managers, supervisors, HR Business Partners, and legal counsel to address employee concerns and drive positive outcomes.

Provide expert guidance on performance management, corrective actions, policy interpretation, and workplace best practices.

Implement human resources projects to further the Company’s business goals in an efficient and expeditious manner.

Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support business objectives.

Deliver training on workplace conduct, harassment prevention, labor relations, and compliance.

Analyze workplace trends and recommend proactive engagement and risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and labor regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Labor Relations, or related field.

7+ years of progressive employee relations, labor relations, HR, or employment law experience.

Strong experience conducting complex workplace investigations and resolving sensitive employee issues.

Knowledge of employment laws including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, NLRA, and related regulations.

Experience supporting both union and non-union workforces.

Excellent communication, coaching, mediation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to influence leaders, manage sensitive situations, and maintain confidentiality.
