People Operations Associate:

Reformation is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented People Operations Associate to join our team at Reformation West. This role is essential in supporting the People team, our executives, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office operations. If you are passionate about people, organization, and creating a positive workplace culture, this is the role for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Executive Assistant (EA) Support: Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and assisting with travel arrangements. Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. Assist in planning and executing office events and
  • Employee Engagement & People Team Support: Assist with greeting candidates for interviews, setting up rooms for events and training sessions, handling I-9s, and supporting various HR-related functions. Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work environment. Assist with the implementation and coordination of company-wide events.

What you’ll need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail or fashion
  • Strong organizational and multitasking
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a team-oriented
  • Hands-on, “can-do” attitude; thrives on accomplishments and
