You will own and advance key Employee Experience priorities across EMEA, helping translate enterprise direction into practical, locally relevant work that improves how employees connect, contribute, and experience Invesco. This role is an important regional partner across employee experience, inclusion, and community engagement efforts in EMEA.

Key responsibilities include:   

  • Enterprise-to-Local Delivery: Translating enterprise employee experience priorities into clear regional plans for EMEA, applying sound judgment to ensure initiatives are relevant to local business needs, culture, and employee expectations.

  • Stakeholder Partnership & Influence: Building trusted relationships with leaders and key partners, including Internal Communications, to shape thinking, align messaging, and keep employee experience work connected to regional priorities.

  • Employee Listening & Action: Using employee and leadership feedback, survey insights, and other inputs to identify meaningful regional themes, recommend focused actions, and help turn listening into visible progress.

  • EMEA Employee Experience Forum: Helping shape local Employee Experience Forums as a practical forum for surfacing themes, strengthening connection across markets, advancing shared priorities, and maintaining momentum on work that matters to employees.

  • Business Resource Group (BRGs) & Community Partnership: Partnering with EMEA BRGs and Local Employee Experience Forums to strengthen planning, governance, budgets, and engagement, while helping connect their work to broader employee experience priorities and external partnerships.

  • External Partnership Management: Serving as a visible representative of Employee Experience in EMEA by managing key external partnerships, including Inclusion in Finance, sustaining and building trusted relationships that strengthen engagement, alignment, and return on investment.

  • Regional Judgment & Stewardship: Applying strong judgment to ensure initiatives, communications, and employee-facing work are appropriate for local market, cultural, and regulatory considerations across EMEA.

What you can bring:  

  • Relevant experience in employee experience, employee engagement, HR, organizational effectiveness, inclusion, community engagement, or a related field within a complex or matrixed organization.

  • Experience leading workstreams or initiatives from planning through delivery, with strong organization, pace, and follow-through.

  • Experience partnering with employee communities, inclusion efforts, or culture-building initiatives in ways that are credible, practical, and connected to business needs.

  • Employee listening, business insight, and qualitative and quantitative data to identify themes, recommend actions, and track progress.

  • Ability to adapt enterprise priorities into practical approaches that reflect local markets, cultures, and business contexts.

  • Understanding of stakeholder engagement, employee communications, inclusion, community engagement, and regional delivery in a complex or matrixed environment.

  • Relevant experience/background in employee experience, employee engagement, HR, organizational effectiveness, inclusion, community engagement, or related field.

  • Builds trust with leaders and stakeholders and influences through relationships.

  • Collaborative, clear and practical approach; able to move work forward with pace and follow-through.

  • Strong judgment and regional stewardship, with the ability to lead work independently and create visible progress from idea to implementation.

 

Location of role: Employees are expected to comply with the firm’s most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in the Henley office.
