As an Intern Contract Manager specialized in Vendor Recovery, you will be engaged by BH on the following tasks:

• Manage vendor recovery claims.
• Identify defects in collaboration with project, site, quality, and engineering teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and collect supporting evidence.
• Review purchase order terms to validate claims.
• Prepare accurate claim dossiers, including BH and customer-incurred costs.
• Negotiate claims with vendors in coordination with the sourcing team.
• Support transfer of key contractual provisions to vendors and partners.
• Contribute to quarterly contract management reviews focused on vendor recovery.
• Capture contractual lessons learned and drive process improvements.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Law (with technical background in Oil & Gas/Energy), or Economics.
• Strong analytical skills in contract clauses and basic contracting knowledge.
• Claim negotiation and early dispute resolution mindset.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills; fluent English.
• Good organizational and project management skills in a global, matrix environment.
• Ability to work with remote teams.
