As a Product Controller in EMEA Currencies and Emerging Markets, you deliver independent, accurate, and timely profit and loss and risk reporting that supports the trading desk and senior leaders. You drive efficiencies in daily production, uphold strong controls, and ensure clear commentary that informs decisions. You work closely with colleagues across functions to resolve issues, enhance processes, and build a best-in-class control environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and report daily P&L and risk.
- Validate and understand daily P&L explains, including Volcker attributions and residual amounts.
- Identify, design, and implement new controls and processes for P&L/risk production.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly P&L commentaries to senior management.
- Liaise with Financial Control to investigate and resolve MTD P&L breaks.
- Partner with the business to implement robust controls and new initiatives.
- Coordinate across front and back office support functions to resolve control and reporting issues.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Work experience in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or related area.
- Experience with P&L and month-end close processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related area.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Team player with the ability to work effectively across diverse functions and locations.

- Experience on derivative and knowledge of the greeks.
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, CFA, PMP).
