WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Reporting to the Director, Signature Services, you will collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners to execute and activate Nike Signature Services across EMEA. Your missions will consist of:
- Driving the activation and strategic evolution of Signature Services in close partnership with Retail Marketing, Brand, Sport teams, and physical stores across both seasonal campaigns and ongoing, campaign-agnostic initiatives.
- Developing innovative, product-centric customization experiences and consumer journeys that directly reflect consumer needs, core brand narratives, and major product investments.
- Serving as the central point of contact to bring the overarching service vision to life across major sport, cultural, and local city-team events with a heavy focus on customization integration.
- Monitoring overall project progress, tracking milestones, and proactively executing interventions as needed to ensure all critical deadlines and deliverables are met.
Leading efficient cross-functional meetings by establishing clear agendas and collecting highly actionable, decision-driven notes to keep teams aligned.
Skills Required
- Retail experience from Head Office or the field supporting activations, campaigns, and initiatives that drive business results
- Experience executing customization initiatives (e.g., Nike by You, Jersey by You) or similar in-store services
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel retail and current retail trends
- Proven stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage project milestones and deliverables
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external vendors/agencies
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; self-starter mentality
