Responsibilities :
We are seeking a motivated SAP Super User to provide first-level SAP support and resolve supply chain-related issues for end users and Operational Teams. Responsibilities include supporting SAP user training, logging and following up on defects, collaborating on process improvements, developing and executing test scenarios, and presenting metrics to management. You will also prepare and review ISO documentation, develop and maintain process documentation, and review SAP issues monthly with the SAP Developer team.

YOUR ACTIVITIES:
- Provide first-level SAP support to end users and Supply Chain Operations Teams.
- Ensure end-to-end order fulfillment and resolve logistics-related issues.
- Support user training for SAP and processes.
- Log and follow up on defects/bugs with SAP Developer team.
- Collaborate with the Worldwide team on process improvements.
- Develop and execute test scenarios.
- Measure, analyze, consolidate, and present metrics to management.
- Prepare/review ISO documentation on SAP processes and support corrective actions.
- Develop/maintain documentation to explain completer process set-up
- Log & update the SAP issues/development and review it on monthly level with SAP Developer team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- University Graduate in Supply Chain, Finance, IT or Business Administration
- +5 year of experience in Supply Chain
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in SAP and system/reporting
- APICS certification would be a plus
SKILLS
- SAP experience in Supply Chain modules
- Pro-activity & autonomy

- Rigorous in all operations & in data management
- Resistant to stress
- Good Communication & interpersonal skills
- Drive change management
- Good knowledge of Excel required
- English Advanced Working proficiency level
