About this role
Marketing Specialist will play a key role in creating and implementing lead gen activations across Aladdin brands, driving marketing sourced and influenced pipeline across the EMEA region. This role involves developing targeted prospecting, re-engagement and nurture campaigns, and ongoing CRM support to maintain data accuracy and completeness. This role requires a creative and entrepreneurial spirit, excelling in fast-paced work environments, and the ability to foster partnerships with various teams to ensure executional excellence throughout the planning and execution process.
This role will report to the Global Lead Gen Team Lead.

Aladdin® is a tech platform that unifies the investment management process through a common data language. This role will join a team of marketers who are passionate about elevating Aladdin as a transformative investment tech & data partner through cohesive activations that grow trust & long-term commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation, execution, and processing of email campaigns.
Develop targeted re-engagement strategies, including personalized outreach, nurture campaigns, and follow-up sequences.
Provide ongoing CRM support to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Gather, maintain, and manage EMEA TAM lists.
Analyze event attendee lists to provide actionable insights and lead pre- and post-event email and LinkedIn outreach.
Prepare and deliver reports to support commercial activities in EMEA.
Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and optimize demand generation efforts.
Desired Qualifications
BS/BA degree in finance, marketing, or economics preferable.
Minimum 4 years of experience working in B2B marketing/lead generation teams, with a focus on tech/FinTech.
Experience in developing and implementing lead generation campaigns, building target lists, pipeline tracking and analysis, with a passion for accelerating marketing’s contribution to pipeline, revenue, and client success.
Strong understanding of industry and solution offerings, combined with the skill to develop personalized email messaging that effectively engages and converts target audiences.
Strong communication and project management skills, with proven effectiveness in strategic relationship building across internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical prowess to optimize lead generation campaigns based on data and tied to desired business outcomes.
