Responsibilities:
- Strategic Program Development: Drive the continuous evolution of our benefits portfolio by translating market analysis, financial modeling, and employee feedback into actionable program enhancements.
- Regional Governance: Direct the administration of diverse benefits across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, overseeing everything from pension schemes and healthcare coverage to risk mitigation and flexible perk structures.
- New Market Implementation: Lead benefits design and rollout in new regions, partnering with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Payroll, Legal) and defining requirements for HRIS configuration.
- Operational Excellence: Own the day-to-day management of existing benefits, identifying and executing process improvements to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
- Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Uphold the integrity of all EMEA benefit programs by ensuring strict adherence to country-specific legal mandates and integrating evolving legislation into our governance frameworks.
- Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for and manage the performance of all external benefits partners, including brokers, administrators, and consultants, to ensure high-quality service and strategic alignment.
- Employee Engagement: Partner with Internal Communications to create and manage messaging that drives awareness, understanding, and engagement with our benefit programs.
- Expert Support: Act as the resource for resolving complex or sensitive benefits-related inquiries escalated by key stakeholders and employees.
Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: 5-7+ years of benefits management experience; preference for experience within financial services sector.
- EMEA Regional Knowledge: Practical familiarity with benefits programs and local regulations in key EMEA jurisdictions, including healthcare, group risk, and pension schemes. Experience with leaves and accommodations administration strongly preferred.
- Program Design & Execution: Proven success in designing and implementing benefit programs from concept to completion.
- Data-Driven Counsel: A track record of building analytical, data-backed proposals to facilitate informed decisionmaking and risk assessment.
- Regulatory Translation: Aptitude for translating complex legal standards and market trends from various jurisdictions into clear, actionable operational plans.
- Change Management: Demonstrable experience managing renewals, transitioning providers, and implementing new benefits.
