PRINTFLY IS LOOKING FOR AN EMBROIDERY LEAD

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be quick on your feet, have a keen eye for detail, and maintain order and organization for every customer order. If this sounds like you, we’d love to chat!
Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 7 AM - 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Experience with embroidery machines, Multi-head Tajima Preferred
- Lead teams of 10+ embroidery operators on a daily basis
- Scheduling & prioritizing orders according to various parameters
- Reassigning staff according to workflow
Requirements:
- Above Average computer skills
- Ability to transition between tasks as needed : Running machines, Trimming, Shipping, Receiving, HD
- Flexibility with schedule OT when needed
- Pulse digitizing experience is a plus
