We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our device develop team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C/C++, ARM microcontrollers, cellular communication, BLE, sensor integration, and low-power design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, debug and test embedded firmware for remote data loggers.
- Integrate software with ARM Cortex M3/M33 microcontrollers, sensors, and communication modules.
- Work with the Software team (cloud) to implement and improve device communication.
- Enhance our device security (Internal and external).
- Collaborate with customer engagement team to resolve customer issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in embedded systems software development.
- Strong proficiency in C and C++.
- Hands-on experience with ARM Cortex M3/M33 or similar microcontrollers.
Advantages:
- Ability to read and interpret electronics data sheets and schematics.
- Experience with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, BLE.
- Cellular Communication: Knowledge of cellular communication protocols and integration.
- Proficiency in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) application development.
- Debugging Tools: Proficiency with JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
- RTOS Knowledge: Familiarity with real-time operating systems like FreeRTOS.
