  • Conduct checks and coordinate with local management to verify security posture, identify gaps, and support the resolution of emerging issues.
  • Assist in defining and implementing protective measures for executive travel, high-profile events, and special operations based on relevant intelligence information and operational requirements.
  • Maintain continuous coordination with the GSOC Intelligence Team to ensure operational decisions, escalation, and protective measures are informed by timely and relevant intelligence.
  • Support the Operational Lead in coordinating with internal business units and external partners, including law enforcement, emergency services, security providers, and other relevant response stakeholders during operational activities.
  • Contribute to post-incident documentation, lessons-learned processes, after-action reviews, and the continuous improvement of standard operating procedures, playbooks, and response workflows.
  • Participate actively in drills, table-top exercises, ongoing training, and readiness activities to maintain operational preparedness and improve GSOC effectiveness.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, integrity, and adherence to data protection, operational security, and information-sharing requirements.
  • Coordinate proactively with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, emergency management, or a related field, or equivalent experience gained in security operations, law enforcement, military, or comparable operational environments.

  • Familiarity with security technologies and platforms, including mass notification systems, travel security platforms, incident management tools, and related operational systems.
  • Understanding of hybrid threat environments, including physical, cyber, and reputational dimensions relevant to multinational organizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder interaction during routine operations, major events, and crisis situations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, duty-based environment and manage multiple priorities with a high degree of reliability.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and sound judgement.
  • Fluency in English; an additional regional language is preferred. Fluency in German is a plus.
