Circle K Business Centre, Riga is looking for:

EMAIL/MOBILE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS SPECIALIST

Circle K has the ambition to be the world’s preferred destination for convenience and fuel, and a strong loyalty program is a key enabler. You as Email/Mobile Marketing Campaigns Specialist will be part of the Global Loyalty team and will work with stakeholders across Europe and North America markets to drive incremental net sales and personalized customer experiences for members of Circle K’s loyalty programs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and execute daily ad hoc and automated campaigns for Circle K loyalty program members through email, SMS and app push channels using one of the best marketing automation platforms globally - Adobe Campaign;

  • Actively support local Business Unit stakeholders in loyalty campaigns planning process by recommending the most optimal direct communication plan (audiences, channel-mix, comms cadence etc.), set up audiences and comm deliveries based on different segmentation attributes to ensure optimal delivery/deliverability and highly relevant and successful campaigns, run A/B tests, etc.;

  • Constantly follow up the performance of campaigns, identify opportunities for improvements in order to drive continuous CX optimization, a high degree of relevance and personalization, and incremental net sales across all our loyalty communications;

  • Collaborate daily with colleagues in Global Loyalty, local marketing/loyalty teams in Business Units and other relevant stakeholders across markets to support key initiatives and share best practice.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant previous working experience in email /mobile marketing or marketing automation;

  • Relevant higher education (marketing, IT, analytics, business, economics) is a plus;

  • Experience in working with marketing automation tools for campaign and trigger-based communication management;

  • Understanding of email /SMS /app push principles and best practices (design, build, deliverability, campaign automation, A/B testing etc.);

  • Technical mindset is a must, basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript and SQL is a plus;

  • Comfortable in analyzing and tracking data to continuously optimize the communication performance;

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-driven personality with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high sense of responsibility;

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English both written and verbal for communication with colleagues in Europe;

  • Experience from an international retail and /or matrix organization is a plus.
