About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Email Support Specialist to provide exceptional written support to members and prospective customers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Responding to member inquiries through email communication
  • Assisting with billing, eligibility, enrollment, and coverage questions
  • Investigating and resolving support requests
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of member interactions
  • Meeting service-level expectations and quality standards
  • Helping improve member satisfaction and support processes

  • Experience in customer support, email support, healthcare administration, or related fields preferred
  • Exceptional written communication skills

Process

Target Compensation Range

$85,000 – $115,000 + performance bonus

Exact compensation inclusive of salary and any bonuses is determined based on a number of factors including experience and skill level, location, and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
