Job Description

  • Create best practices for sending emails, including abuse detection and prevention emails

  • Monitor the deliverability, metrics and effectiveness of emails

  • Provide insights and recommendations on product changes and improvements to increase email delivery rates

  • Identify abusive activities, and define and configure abuse detection systems and other abuse prevention activities

  • Act as a consultant to internal stakeholders and Wix users on email best practices

  • Handle mitigation requests with ISPs and blacklists

  • Own the communication with 3rd-party partners regarding email sending and delivery services

  • Work closely with customer success and development teams

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in the IT industry in a trust and safety, support or quality assurance role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Experience in client-facing consulting, and working with cross-functional teams

  • Self-driven and able to take initiative without explicit instruction

  • Good time management skills and attention to details 

  • Understanding of the intricacies of email technology, including sending strategies, authentication, reputation, data hygiene, privacy, permissions, anti-spam policies and more – an advantage
