Gypsy Collective is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and support the execution, optimization, and development of email and lifecycle communication campaigns. We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven specialist who knows how to build engaging email journeys and improve performance through testing.

📅 Your daily adventures include:

  • Designing, building, and launching regular email campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys;
  • Managing and optimizing email flows (welcome, onboarding, retention, reactivation, promotional);
  • Segmenting email lists based on user behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement patterns;
  • Creating and maintaining email automation workflows and triggers;
  • Running A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, send times, and layouts to improve performance;
  • Working with HTML email templates and ensuring responsive design across devices;
  • Monitoring email deliverability and ensuring high inbox placement rates;
  • Analyzing campaign performance metrics (Delivery Rate, Click Rate, Spam Rate, Bounce Rate);
  • Preparing reports and insights to improve future campaigns and communication strategies;
  • Collaborating with CRM, Design, Content, Product, and Analytics teams to align messaging and user journeys;
  • Supporting the development and improvement of lifecycle communication strategy.

Requirements

🧭 What makes you a great match:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an Email Marketing role;
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, or similar);
  • Strong understanding of email marketing KPIs: Delivery Rate, Click Rate, Spam Rate, Bounce Rate;
  • Experience with segmentation, automation, and customer journey mapping;
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template adjustments;
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization;
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar);
  • Strong attention to detail and structured approach to campaign execution;
  • Good written communication skills and understanding of tone of voice in marketing emails;
  • English level: B1+;
