KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Continously research and learn new ideas and strategies and evolve based on market trends and best practices
- Manage cold email marketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Manage email inboxes to ensure timely response to leads, OOO replies, not interested and more.
- Ensure timely formation and scheduling of nurture sequences for new leads, OOO, not interested and more
- Work with designers or marketing team to cater to lead’s requests
- Work with data entry resource on creating new contact lists for launching new campaigns
- Work with content writer for support in content creation for email sequences, blogs, case study content etc.
- Ensure email warmup and email setup have no issues
- Update leads data and KPIs in email marketing dashboard
- Analyze email marketing performance and provide input and feedback to the cross-functional teams including Creative, Marketing, and Operations.
- Report performance against goals on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and verbal communicaiton skills
- Must have a problem solving mindset
- Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- Must have basic understanding of email marketing tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo etc.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices.
- Must be organized to prioritize and manage multiple projects at a time, work with a sense of urgency, be solutions-oriented, and leverage critical thinking skills.
- The ideal candidate can lead the process, collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot programs, and interface with clients to get approvals.
