Within our offices in London, Chester and Europe, you will be joining one of Europe’s leading Embedded Finance and Payments providers. About the role 

Reporting to the Marketing Operations Director, this role owns the planning, delivery, tracking, reporting and automation of prospect and client communications in web, email and in-app spanning everything from prospect engagement and lead nurturing down to downstream client operational communications. 

 

The role interfaces directly with Revenue operations, Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales, Account Management and Partnerships in helping build prospect and client advocacy and deal flow.

Responsibilities 

  • Journey design mapping of key journeys from prospect to client engagement from top of funnel down and past conversion 

  • Testing and optimisation of messaging for greater engagement 

  • Planning, design and production of emails 

  • Incident management and migration communications 

  • Prospect lead nurturing 

 

Partners (Stakeholders) 

  • Sales Enablement/ Revenue Operations and Sales 

  • Product Marketing  

  • Partner Managers 

 

Skills 

  • Design thinking led journey mapping 

  • Super cross functional collaborator 

  • Creative production coordination - planning to production to reporting 

  • Technically capable to run own production eg design, test, produce 

  • Process minded but delivery driven 

  • Being an excellent collaborator 

  • Being able to work under pressure to deadlines 

  • Experience dealing with large data sets
