What’s the opportunity?

We’re looking for a dynamic marketer to take charge of our email efforts! In this role, you’ll lead the creation and execution of high-impact email campaigns that captivate our audience and drive results. Your campaigns will directly enhance user engagement, increase product adoption, and fuel revenue growth. You'll be at the heart of our strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every campaign aligns with our broader content and marketing goals. With a focus on metrics and performance, you’ll continuously refine and optimize our approach, bringing fresh, data-driven insights and innovative best practices. What you'll need:

  • 4+ years experience in email marketing
  • Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, automation, and best practices.
  • Exceptional at crafting persuasive, brand-aligned email content.
  • Proficient in interpreting metrics and making data-driven decisions to boost effectiveness and ROI.
  • Skilled in working with creative, design, content, and marketing teams to develop engaging email templates,
  • Experience in designing and executing A/B tests to improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions
  • Deep understanding of enhancing user engagement and retention through targeted campaigns.
  • Ability to integrate email campaigns with overall marketing strategy.
  • Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, with the flexibility to adjust strategies and support various initiatives. Skilled in email marketing tools (Customer.io is a MUST Have, Intercom, SendGrid), analytics (Google Analytics), design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma), and project management (Trello, Google Sheets/Excel, Atlassian). Experience with automation tools like Zapier and Make.com.

What you'll do:

  • Email Marketing Strategy and Execution: Strategize, execute, and optimize email campaigns, managing from start to finish and aligning with overall content strategy. Campaigns include onboarding, feature engagement, customer nurture, event-based triggered emails, and more.
  • Content Collaboration and Copywriting: Work with the content team to create engaging copy for marketing blasts, product notifications, and user-triggered emails.
  • User Engagement and Conversion: Drive user engagement, product adoption, and purchases through targeted email strategies
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Partner with the creative team to run A/B tests on design and messaging, using insights to enhance performance.
  • Product Launch Support: Develop and implement email campaigns for product launches to increase usage and sign-ups.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track KPIs, report on campaign success, and ensure adherence to email best practices.
  • Continuous Learning and Flexibility: Stay updated on industry trends, adapt to new challenges, and support other marketing functions when needed.
