Agency Services, a leading marketing and advertising company, is currently seeking a talented Email Copywriter to join our team. As a copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and persuasive email campaigns on a weekly basis that engage and nurture leads throughout the customer journey. Your creative writing skills and strategic mindset will play a key role in driving conversions and maximizing the effectiveness of our clients' lead nurturing efforts.
In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their target audience, unique value proposition, and marketing objectives. You will then develop captivating email copy that speaks to the needs, pain points, and desires of the leads, ultimately guiding them towards taking the desired action.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our team to understand our target audience, business goals, and value proposition
- Develop creative and engaging email copy that effectively communicates our message and drives action
- Segment and personalize email campaigns based on lead behavior, interests, and lifecycle stage
- Optimize email subject lines, preview text, and call-to-actions to improve open and click-through rates
- Monitor email performance and conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and industry trends
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure visually appealing and user-friendly emails
- Proven experience in writing engaging email copy, preferably in lead nurturing or email marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer psychology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to tailor messaging based on target audience and campaign objectives
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and platforms
- Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to drive improvements in email performance
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
