Job Description:
This job is responsible for the delivery of tactical plans to achieve goals through advanced coding and/or metadata management, providing support and technical leadership for platforms and operations. Key responsibilities include contributing to the design, development, execution and continuous improvement of operational and strategic initiatives to drive cross-channel client & prospect eligibility, targeting, and platform enablement. Job expectations include interacting with senior leaders, providing support and technical expertise for supported platforms.
The Email Production Manager owns the backend execution of marketing and servicing email campaigns within Bank of America’s Email Channel, partnering for execution intake through deployment. This role is accountable for flawless operational delivery, adherence to email standard best practices, and effective cross functional coordination to ensure accurate, timely, and scalable email communications.
The ideal candidate brings deep hands on email production experience, strong operational discipline, and the ability to manage several high volume, high risk communications concurrently.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end to end email production, including build, setup, testing, quality assurance, and deployment.
Partner cross functionally with line of business stakeholders, technology teams, compliance partners, analytics, creative agencies, and email vendors to execute campaigns.
Manage production timelines and dependencies, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
Coordinate and execute comprehensive email testing across teams to validate content, targeting, rendering, and compliance.
Develop, modify, and maintain email assets using HTML and dynamic content logic as needed.
Enforce production standards, best practices, and quality controls to minimize defects and redeployments.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and execution quality.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in email production, execution, and operational delivery within a complex environment.
Deep hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including AMPscript and HTML for email development, execution, and troubleshooting.
Strong project and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across large, cross functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments independently while meeting strict execution timelines.
Exceptional attention to detail, with proven experience performing quality control and audit checks.
Strong written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
