The Role

We are looking for an Email Account Manager with client-facing experience to join our growing team. This position works closely with the email solutions team to provide our creators with a successful ongoing email growth and engagement strategy. This role will be hands-on working with our top creators on a regular basis as their primary contact and strategist.

What you will be doing:

  • Work with the SVP, Creator Solutions to create holistic email capture & engagement strategies for creators
  • Execute, implement and test email capture and engagement strategies
  • Provide key analysis and recommendations via Google Analytics and ESPs for client email capture and growth, email series, triggers and automations.
  • Daily use of email service platforms (Mailchimp, Convertkit)
  • Provide assistance on various email-related questions and issues that may arise 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Provide ongoing communication [via email and zoom] with creators to provide recommendations and implement tactics to help deepen engagement with email subscribers

  • Is fully conversant with email performance and capture metrics, as well as website KPIs
  • Creativity - Comes up with new and unique ideas, original, and always adds value to brainstorming
  • Highly organized and high attention to detail. 
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time.
  • Clear communication - easily able to deliver information in a variety of formats [via email, zoom, phone]

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years email strategy experience and ownership: have experience developing and/or managing strategic email initiatives either client-side or at an enterprise brand
  • Self-motivated. 
  • Client-facing: be able to navigate complex client needs and diverse personalities 
  • Ability to dive in and find answers to questions that may not yet be documented
  • Advanced email strategy experience: have experience developing and/or managing strategic email initiatives, either client-side or via an agency
  • Advanced understanding of email deliverability
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong project/time management skills
  • Deep understanding of the latest trends/challenges/capabilities in the email marketing space
  • Minimum of two years experience with mid to high volume email marketing campaigns
  • Bonus:
    • Previous agency experience
    • Marketing and copywriting experience

The base salary range for this position is $62,000-$82,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
