Job Details

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics services, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and client requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, establish and maintain strong relationships, and proactively address client concerns or issues.
  • Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management to ensure the team's effectiveness and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize analytics service requirements, develop service delivery plans, and coordinate resources to meet project timelines.
  • Establish and implement quality assurance processes and best practices to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of analytics solutions delivered to clients.
  • Oversee the maintenance, enhancement, and support of analytics applications, ensuring their stability, availability, and performance.
  • Generate regular reports on service delivery metrics, performance, and client satisfaction. Maintain documentation related to service processes, operational procedures, and client-specific requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues related to service delivery, taking proactive measures to mitigate potential disruptions or delays.
  • Technical Skills on Elastic, Basic AWS, Linux, Knowledge on Grafana, Terraform, Ansible, Python, Integration and Performance, ITIL/ITSM,
  • Strong understanding of disaster recover backup and security practices in SaaS and Non-SaS
  • Proven ability to manage cross function team in high pressure environment
