We are seeking a skilled ELK Developer & Administrator with strong expertise in Elasticsearch (v8.0+). This is a hybrid role with a primary focus on Development (70%) and Administration (30%).
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Elastic architecture, log management, cluster support, and cloud-native deployments, along with the ability to design scalable, high-performance Elastic environments.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities🔹 Development (70%)
- Design, develop, and optimize Elasticsearch-based solutions (v8.0+)
- Implement and manage Logstash pipelines for log ingestion and transformation
- Build advanced Kibana dashboards and visualizations
- Configure and manage Index Lifecycle Management (ILM) policies
- Implement scalable log management frameworks across applications and microservices
- Integrate APM solutions for performance monitoring
- Optimize search performance, indexing strategies, and cluster architecture
- Manage and maintain Elastic clusters in production environments
- Monitor cluster health, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure high availability
- Support on-call rosters and production issue resolution
- Deploy and manage Elastic infrastructure in AWS environments
- Work with Kubernetes (K8s) for containerized Elastic deployments
- Handle upgrades, scaling, backups, and disaster recovery strategies
- Elasticsearch (v8.0 or above) – Strong hands-on experience in both Development & Administration
- Logstash – Advanced pipeline development and log parsing
- Kibana – Dashboard creation and visualization expertise
- Index Lifecycle Management (ILM)
- AWS (Cloud-native experience required)
