Oak Hall School is seeking Teaching Assistants for our Lower School division (Preschool through 5th Grade) for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Our Lower School seeks to develop inquisitive thinkers and joyful learners, and to plant the seeds for lifelong learning in a warm, welcoming and supportive educational environment. Our Teaching Assistants play a vital role in creating a nurturing classroom environment, by sharing their enthusiasm for learning, and engaging with students with kindness, love and happiness. In also helping to support the lead teacher in the classroom by providing assistance with a myriad of administrative and classroom management tasks, our assistants help to enhance the educational experience for both our students and our school families, and helps us live our mission as a welcoming and supportive learning community.
QualificationsA high school diploma is required, with relevant experience in education highly preferred. Educators with a joyful demeanor who embrace whole-child education in a mission-driven, nurturing environment, and who enjoy working with and supporting a team of like-minded educators, are highly encouraged to apply.
