​Job Description: 

Foundation Medical Partners, a multispecialty group affiliated with Southern New Hampshire Health, is seeking a full-time Electrophysiologist Cardiologist to join our well-established and collaborative cardiology team. Located just 45 minutes from Boston, our integrated health system provides comprehensive care and maintains a strong reputation for excellence throughout the region.

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Electrophysiologist to join our dynamic cardiovascular team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing and treating cardiac arrhythmias, including experience with device implantation and ablation procedures. A strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care is essential. This role also offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with a local tertiary care hospital, enhancing continuity of care and access to advanced resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inpatient and outpatient EP cardiology care.
  • Perform electrophysiology procedures, including pacemaker and ICD implantation, complex ablations, and device management.
  • Collaborate closely with cardiologists, advanced practice providers, and primary care providers.
  • Participate in call rotation and share in general cardiology responsibilities.
  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of our EP program.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certified/board eligible in Cardiology and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
  • Completion of a fellowship in Electrophysiology.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the state of New Hampshire.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
