Job Responsibilities:
Hlavní odpovědností systémového inženýra - technického vedoucího je dohled nad součástí EE všech probíhajících vývojových projektů - z hlediska rozpočtu, načasování, zdrojů a kvality. Tato role zajišťuje soulad procesu vývoje EE s ASPICE a V-modelem. Na tuto pozici hledáme zkušeného inženýra s prokázanými znalostmi systémů EE a s prokázanými zkušenostmi s řízením sériových vývojových projektů EE v automobilovém průmyslu.
Další klíčové aktivity v projektech elektroniky automobilových světel

• Řízení rizik (tepelná, EMC, zpoždění dodavatelů, dostupnost LED)
• Monitorování souladu s automobilovými normami
• Řízení změn
• Koordinace připravenosti s oddělením kvality
• Podpora zákaznických auditů (ASPICE, IATF 16949)
• Získané zkušenosti a neustálé zlepšování

Očekáváme:

• Dobrá znalost elektroniky / embedded systémů
• Orientace v zákaznických specifikacích
• Zkušenost s návrhem a vývojem elektroniky dle V-modelu
• Zkušenost se zpracováním technických specifikací v souladu s požadavky zákazníka
• Zkušenost se zpracování podkladů pro verifikaci elektroniky / systému
• Schopnost vést elektronický projektový tým (SYS, HW, SW)
• Zkušenost s plánováním a koordinací vývoje v rámci elektronického projektového týmu (SYS, HW, SYS, dodavatelé)
• Schopnost komunikovat za elektronický vývojový tým s programovým manažerem a celým týmem kompletního výrobku
