· Hands-on experience in maintenance of chiller
plant, HVAC systems (Not construction), Elevators and Escalators.
· Manage and ensure by shift rounds to inspect Air
Compressors, Chillers, Compressors, Water Pumps, Extrusion Equipment; Air,
Water, and Electrical Systems and other Operation-Critical Equipment to ensure
functionality to required operational standards.
· Minimize the problems with equipment, leaks, and
other deficiencies and act as needed.
· Ensure maintains and repairs related to
elevators and escalators which is included door mechanisms, cables, hydraulic
buffers, pumps, brakes, rails, guides, and related equipment’s.
· Bachelor’s degree in electro-mechanical or
mechanical engineering
· 7-10 years of Hands-on experience
electro-mechanical maintenance
· Understanding of BMS and computer-based
maintenance system.
