As an Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing Electrical & Mechanical Engineering teams to ensure delivery against contractual, customer, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Driving cultural and behavioral changes to improve alignment, efficiency, and productivity without compromising quality or introducing risk.
- Developing and implementing innovative manufacturing and cost‑reduction processes in collaboration with manufacturing teams.
- Driving standardized process adoption across the engineering function.
- Supporting the creation of product and technology roadmaps in collaboration with mechanical engineering, application engineering, product management, and commercial teams.
- Leading and coordinating the development of existing and new products, ensuring adequate resourcing for on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
- Managing performance and development of engineering resources, addressing capability gaps, and building strong intellectual capital within the team.
- Providing engineering support for both New Build and Services activities aligned with current and future business needs.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
