Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Electrical Engineer - Roads and Infrastructure , Bridges and Tunnel Project to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Review and supervise electrical works related to roads, bridges, tunnels, utility corridors, pump stations, and associated infrastructure.
Review contractor shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, RFIs, and technical proposals.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, Civil Defence and other authority requirements.
Monitor installation of street lighting, traffic signal systems, ITS systems, power distribution networks, substations, tunnel electrical systems, and associated infrastructure.
Witness testing and commissioning activities and verify performance requirements.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, traffic, utility, and architectural disciplines.
Review contractor progress and provide technical recommendations to the Resident Engineer and Project Director.
Inspect site works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
Review as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and handover documentation.
Support contract administration, claims assessment, variation reviews, and technical evaluations.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects, including bridges and tunnels, preferably in the UAE.
Knowledge of RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, and international standards. Strong supervision, coordination, and communication skills.
