Job Description- Technical advice within the scope of qualifications held
- Preparation of technical opinions (Technical Due Diligence )
- Acting as an industry consultant/supervision inspector on implemented projects
- Verification of construction and implementation designs as well as as-built documentation
- Participation in the acceptance of facilities and construction and installation works
- Verification of costs of industry works
- Advice on selecting contractors for construction and installation works
- Unlimited construction license to design and manage construction works in the installation specialization in the field of electrical installations and devices, or confirmed necessary professional experience and, within 6 months, readiness to obtain the above-mentioned qualifications
- Knowledge of Polish construction law and technical conditions with a focus on their practical application
- Fluent in Polish and English at a level that allows for fluent communication, including knowledge of industry terminology
- Experience in preparing technical opinions (Technical Due Diligence) is welcome,
- Experience in the field of sustainable construction, innovation, technology, certification will be an asset
- Fluent in MS Office
- Driving license category B
- Willingness to travel to sites.
